Bruce Lee statue temporarily removed soon

Avenue of stars have been closed for redevelopment since October 2015 and is expected to be reopend in February 2019.


During its closure some features of the Avenue of Stars have been relocated. Tsim Sha Tsui East Waterfront Podium Garden has become a temporary "Garden of Stars" featuring up to 20 Star handprints, and avenue of Stars sculptures.



Statues removed soon

The statues of Bruce Lee, Anita Mui, the Hong Kong Film Awards will be removed from the Garden of Stars from the following dates for maintenance as a part of the preparation for re-opening of the renovated Avenue of Stars:

Statues of Bruce Lee and Anita Mui - 1st November 2018

Statue of Hong Kong Diva Anita Mui who passed away in 2003

Statue of Hong Kong Film Awards - 8th November 2018

The existing handprints will remain at the Garden of Stars and the Avenue of Stars is tentatively scheduled to be re-opened in early 2019.
