Hong Kong food to taste while transferring at the airport
Recently my friend from Japan called me suddenly and said she was in Hong Kong. Right after I was surprised she told me she was indeed transferring at the Hong Kong airport for two hours. She wanted to know if she could taste some Hong Kong food at the airport. Therefore I recommended her some, here were what I suggested:
1. Yung Kee
One of the most famous brands of roasted goose shop in Hong Kong.

2. Chee Kei
Wonton noodles shop with a long history in Hong Kong. Make sure you don't spend too much time on taking photos of it. Egg noodles get soggy very quickly.

3. Super Super Congee & Noodles
They provide a range of food including congee (rice porridge), noodles and rice dishes. My recommendation is fried rice with dried scallop and BBQ pork, Hainan chicken with rice, and congee with thousand-year egg & pork.
