Shrimp Roe Noodles Pack（600g)
Shrimp roe noodles or Shrimp noodles is a type of Chinese dried noodle popular in Hong Kong. One of the special characteristic that distinguish this noodle from the many other varieties of Chinese noodle is the shrimp roe forming tiny black spots on the noodles.
Each noodle is handmade by veteran master from "Ting Haw Noodles" with over three decades of experience.
Simply boil the water (400-500ml per serving) ; place the noodles in the water; keep boiling the water; spread the noodles with chopsticks; the water will become soup; ready to serve.
