Hong Kong Airport Terminal 2 closed for expansion of Three-runway System project

From 29 November, Hong Kong International Airport’s Terminal 1 Extension is opened. Terminal 2 will undergo expansion. All passengers please arrive and check in at Terminal 1.

All airline check-in counters at Terminal 2 have been relocated to Terminal 1.

Passengers taking Airport Express to the airport should check in at Terminal 1.

T2 is expected to reopen in 2024 after the expansion, along with the entire three runway system. T2 will then be a full-service terminal, offering both arrivals and departure services.
