Hong Kong Chinese New Year Carnival in West Kowloon Art Park has been CANCELLED

To celebrate Year of Rat starting from 25 Jan, 2020, West Kowloon Cultural District Art Park will would have been transformed into a four-day carnival with performances organized by Hong Kong Tourism Board. However the carnival has been cancelled with the concern of public health and safety due to the development of the novel coronavirus infection.

Originally there would be all-day programmes presented by 50 groups of local and international performers, including globally-acclaimed troupes and world-record holders, giant Insta-worthy installations, and workshops.
