The Ghetto Cart Noodles in Hong Kong

Have you ever tried street food in some fancy restaurants and you just feel like it is too delicate and something is not right?

Well I can’t explain why either.

Sometimes food like hot & sour soup tastes better in small shops than in big restaurants to me.

This Wing Kee cart noodles in Causeway Bay needs no introduction. It’s very famous and popular among locals. It is hard to explain how good it is. I would say it is “ghetto”, from the taste and the experience. It is what it should be. Everything is just right.
