Where is the Best Milk Pudding Shop for Dessert in Hong Kong?

We talked about the most famous tofu pudding shop in Sham Shui Po. We have another option of Chinese dessert for you, which is Milk Pudding in Hong Kong.

Yee Shun Dairy Company is the most famous Chinese Milk Pudding “specialist” shop in Hong Kong. I remember my mother used to bring me there since I was a child. Their signature product is of course Double Milk Pudding which has two skins. The first skin is formed during cooling of the boiled milk and the second when cooling the cooked custard. Traditionally locals believe Milk Pudding is beneficial to the skin.

I wasn’t a fan of Milk Pudding when I was a kid. I was more a fan of tofu pudding. After I have grown up, I started to appreciate milk pudding (not because of skin care reason…) and my favourite here is the ginger milk pudding. The taste of the ginger is strong but almost not spicy at all.

Like tofu pudding, I liked to order cold milk pudding when I was a kid but now I like the hot one. Getting more traditional, haha.
