Where to go on Valentine's Day in Hong Kong?

There are currently two events in the Central and Western Promenade (Central Section) - Hong Kong Pulse Light Festival and AIA The Great European Carnival.

*Hong Kong Pulse Light Festival has changed some of their displays to fit the theme of Valentines Day.
After visiting these places, you can go to IFC Mall nearby for some great food and drink.
