Dim Sum which look familiar but different in Hong Kong

Borders in Hong Kong are opened again. This restaurant is a place where I would bring my friends when they visit Hong Kong.

NOVE Chinese Kitchen has a lineup of traditional dim sums like shrimp dumplings “Har Gao” and also offer variations like “Lobster Bisque Xiao Long Bao”, “Satay Beef Rice Roll”, “Wasabi Spring Roll”. They used to have “Korean Kimchi Dumplings’ when they opened the shop a few years ago.

It is where tradition and modern coexist, perfect to enjoy old memories again and explore something new.
