Head-to-tail Beef Noodles Shop in Hong Kong

Traditional noodles shop is supposed to be “head-to-tail” because back in the days many people couldn’t afford expensive parts like beef brisket all the time, so the shop would cook cheaper parts like the offals in a delicious way so everyone can enjoy a nice meal.


That’s why offering a wide variety of different parts is actually very basic in a noodle shop of Hong Kong - beef offals, beef meatballs, beef brisket. This old shop in Wan Chai is famous of providing different parts of beef brisket such as boneless short ribs (坑腩)& skirt steak (崩沙腩).


Don’t forget to add some chilli 🌶️ oil. It is good and very spicy.
