Why is there a bowl next to it? Traditionally, many Chinese alcohol were drunk with bowls. In the old Hong Kong, many people liked to drink beer with this type of bowl which is called “Battle Bowl”, a very aggressive name (then you can imagine the atmosphere). People still do that in some of the Dai Pai Dong.
